The Dining Facility Manager oversees the daily operation of a high-volume dining facility, ensuring quality food service, efficient staffing, food safety compliance, inventory control, and exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities

Manage daily dining operations
Supervise kitchen and food service staff
Coordinate schedules and staffing
Maintain sanitation and food safety standards
Monitor inventory and supplies
Prepare reports and maintain records
Resolve operational issues and support continuous improvement

Qualifications

Previous food service management experience
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in high-volume food service
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Ability to supervise multiple employees
