Job Title: Group Exercise Instructor

Duties: 

  • The applicant shall be responsible for creating exercise routines, format, scheduling, and leading exercise classes to eligible military, civilian personnel, and their dependents.  
  • The applicant shall ensure and maintain the safety of all exercise class participants. 
  • The applicant shall return all exercise equipment or materials used to their proper location after each exercise class session.  
  • The applicant shall adhere to all fitness center policies when performing work.  
  • The applicant shall provide a monthly schedule of exercise classes to the Fitness Center staff for review and coordination. 

 Qualifications: 

  • The applicant must obtain the additional necessary specialty for step classes. 

  Education/Experience: 

  • The applicant shall have a current primary group instructor certification. 
  • The applicant must also possess current certifications for American or British Red Cross Heart Association.
