Duties:
- The applicant shall operate the Code 15 Media Center including: answering phones, emails, and walk-in customer inquiries.
- The applicant shall generate, log, and track documents and transmittals, public releases, bar codes, check out forms and destruction notices.
- Prepare and manage reports and correspondence, develop databases
- Schedule FAP classes, update existing materials
- Document all necessary data in the ACS Client Tracking System (CTS).
Education/ qualifications:
- The applicant shall have a bachelor’s degree.
- The applicant shall maintain experience of at least two years.
