Position: Full-time

Duties:

Monitor customer service area and greet clients, manage communication systems, and track client progress.
Advise active-duty Air Force personnel on voluntary off-duty education programs.
Review transcripts, evaluate military training, and advise on degree opportunities.
Provide guidance on submitting transcripts, and applying for educational benefits.
Maintain student records and provide weekly statistics.
Assist in organizing education fairs, graduation ceremonies, and other educational events.

Requirements:

Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution (experience cannot substitute).
Minimum of two years of experience in adult/military education academic advising.
Knowledge of Air Force education programs and terminology is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access).
