Position Title: Hood Cleaning Technician

Location: Fresno VA Medical Center, Fresno, CA
Job Type: On-Call / As Needed

Job Summary

The Backup Technician provides additional support to ensure continuity of services during peak workload periods, absences, or emergency situations. This role performs the same duties as the Hood Cleaning Technician and ensures no disruption to scheduled services.

Requirements

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Same qualifications as Hood Cleaning Technician
Ability to mobilize quickly for scheduled or unscheduled support

Responsibilities

Support primary technicians during monthly and quarterly services
Fill in for absent personnel to ensure no service disruption
Assist with cleaning, setup, safety compliance, and system restoration
Maintain readiness for rapid deployment
