Summary:

Responsible for maintaining exterior grounds, landscaping, irrigation systems, and snow and ice removal operations.

Requirements:

Grounds maintenance experience.
Ability to operate landscaping equipment.
Knowledge of irrigation systems.
Experience with snow removal preferred.
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Duties:

Maintain landscaped areas.
Operate mowing and trimming equipment.
Perform seasonal planting and pruning.
Remove snow and ice.
Maintain irrigation systems.
Inspect exterior grounds.
