Position Title: Project Manager
Location: U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba
Employment Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Key Responsibilities
Provide overall leadership, direction, and coordination of all contract operations.
Serve as the primary point of contact with the Contracting Officer (KO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Food Service Officer (FSO), and other Government officials.
Ensure compliance with the Performance Work Statement (PWS), NAVSUP P-486, NAVMED P-5010, and all applicable federal, DoD, and Navy regulations.
Supervise and manage all Island Management Staff, including the Assistant Project Manager, Galley Managers, Records Keepers, and Cash Collection Agents.
Oversee staffing, scheduling, training, quality control, safety, and sanitation programs.
Ensure accurate financial accountability, inventory control, and reporting.
Monitor performance metrics, implement corrective actions, and respond to Contract Discrepancy Reports (CDRs).
Ensure contingency, migrant feeding, detainee feeding, and special event operations are executed as required.
Maintain continuous on-site management presence and availability during operating hours.
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum 8 years of experience managing cafeteria-style or multi-entrée food service operations providing full meal service.
Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food service operations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid food sanitation and food safety certification (within the past 4 years).
Ability to fluently read, write, speak, and understand English.
U.S. citizen or holder of valid U.S. immigration documentation (T-151 or I-94).
