Janitor

Location: Parkdale, OR

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties:

• Perform daily cleaning of office areas, restrooms, and breakrooms (9,050 sq. ft. carpet, 1,664 sq. ft. linoleum).
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring restocking of soap, toilet paper, and paper towels.
• Empty and clean all waste containers.
• Conduct periodic carpet cleaning (annually) and floor strip and waxing (twice annually).
• Perform interior and exterior window cleaning twice annually.
• Report any maintenance issues, biohazard materials, or security concerns to management.

Requirements:

• Experience in janitorial or facility cleaning services.
• Ability to handle cleaning equipment (vacuums, buffers, mops).
• Must pass a background check.
• Ability to work independently during after-hours shifts (6 PM – 6 AM).
