Duties:
  • Operate all current LOG IT Systems.
  • Ensure incoming receipts are accurately loaded to the Central Issue Facilities inventory.
  • Maintain an accurate filing system for all incoming receipts and turn-in/pickup documentation.
  • Maintain an Excel database of all documents received.
  • Provide copies of all equipment received at  Central Issue Facilities to the Stock Record Officer (SRO).
  •   Assist in annual inventory tracking and validation.
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge in Jet Form 5.2 and Fed Log is highly desirable.
  • Experience Military or civilian supply background is highly desirable.
