Scope of work: Provide advice for transformational and ethical leadership that will broaden the scope and vision of our instructors by tying the staff work necessary to understand Programs of Instruction, to practical training and education that supports future leaders who will bear the responsibility to be leaders within a Multi Domain Operating environment.

Requirements: 

  •  Provide advice on the training concept and objectives.
  • Advise CAC (COMBINED ARMS CENTER) Chaplain and panel moderator on panel objectives and procedures.
  • Advise breakout session leaders on particulars of session management and delivery.
  • Provide Key Note lecture/discussion on Transformational Ethics and Leadership.
  • Advise CAC Chaplain on interpretation of Panel and Breakout session feedback.

Tasks: 

  • Review the ADP
  • Review CAC Commander’s Line of Effort (LOE) 1.1 (steward the profession) and LOE 4, task 4.1 (develop an MDO capable force that develops leaders).
  • Review the Common Core Review from the Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT), such as Critical Task # 22 Ethics for Leadership as part of the Joint Ethics Regulation (JER) and shared with the The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School (TJAGLCS) and # 30 cultural awareness in order to accurately assess current teaching requirements and opportunities.
  • Participate in scheduled advisement sessions with the CAC and Deputy CAC Chaplain.
  • Schedule coaching session with the Mission Command Center of Excellence (MCCoE) ethics instructor per the Key Note Speaker Discussion.
  • Be responsible for travel arrangement and costs to Fort Benning within the terms of the contract.
  •  Provide informal advisement services on 22-24 February 2022 to participants.
