Duties:

The candidate is required to attend all training by the Bureau of Prisons for contract workers.
The candidate will not be permitted to attend institution meetings, staff recalls or government training sessions for institution staff on contract time or as consideration of the contract.
The candidate may attend team meetings, and other meetings, relating to the services to be provided by the terms of this contract.

Education & Qualifications:

Must be a member in good standing with a recognized faith-based community along with a letter of reference from the Pastor, Imam, Spiritual Leader etc.
Must possess at a minimum, a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university with a major in religious studies, education, or related studies.
Work experience in a correctional setting is preferred.
