Duties:
- Oversee and manage the Dining Facility Attendants Services (DFAC) attendants to ensure all work is completed as required.
- Focus on maintaining high standards of safety, sanitation, and customer service.
- Manage the work crew, ensuring all the attendants are present for each scheduled drill.
- Innovate and implement efficient approaches to accomplish tasks.
- Handle any deviations in the schedule and communicate changes promptly.
- Prior supervisory experience in a similar setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Ability to work weekends and occasionally on weekdays for super drills.
- Familiarity with sanitation and safety standards.
