Duties:

• The applicant shall Coordinates and administers the comprehensive Catholic Religious Education.
• The applicant shall assist the Catholic Chaplain in determining curriculum needs, selecting appropriate curriculum in accordance with directions provided.
• The applicant shall assign students to the correct religious education class.
• The applicant shall recruit individuals, secure and assign volunteer teachers and aides for each class.
• The applicant shall maintain an accurate and up to date database on teachers, aides, substitutes, facilitators, children and parents and adult participants in the comprehensive Program. 
• Prepare and coordinate scheduling for all religious education events seeking to avoid and/or resolve schedule conflicts with other chapel programs.
•  Prepare and submit announcements and articles for the weekly parish worship service
• Develop, plan, coordinate and attend all regular religious education workshops for volunteer teachers.

Qualification:

• The applicant must possess a working knowledge of the religious observances and events of the Catholic faith to anticipate the religious education needs of the Catholic Parish.
