Duties:
The Protestant Youth Ministry Coordinator shall:

Coordinate Protestant youth programs for 6th to 12th graders, including volunteer management.
Assist in planning and executing youth events in accordance with guidelines.
Produce and distribute weekly bulletins and annual program calendars.
Maintain records and manage supply inventory.
Attend meetings and maintain facility cleanliness.
Plan and lead youth activities during Sunday services.

Requirements & Experience:

Experience in coordinating youth programs, demonstrating competency in volunteer management and event planning.
Possess organizational and administrative skills, including the ability to recruit, train, and manage volunteers effectively.
Familiarity with Protestant youth program guidelines and compliance standards, ensuring adherence to laws and regulations.
Proficiency in producing materials and managing inventory, with a commitment to professional appearance and facility cleanliness.
Ability to collaborate effectively and lead youth activities during services.
