Duties:
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages, interact with customers, take orders, and serve food.
- Know how to mix ingredients to prepare cocktails.
- Check customer’s identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age.
- Stock or restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies.
- Comply with all food and beverage regulations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks.
- Positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to keep the bar organized.
Education/Experience:
- One year’s experience as a Bartender,
