Title: Behavior-Based Interview Techniques Training

Location: On-site/instructor-led virtual live webinar training

Duties:

The ideal candidate will cover the following key aspects:

Overview of government interview techniques, emphasizing structured behavior-based approaches.
Methods for assessing a candidate's ethical and professional maturity.
Evaluation of candidate capabilities, technical skills, and competencies.
Instruction on selecting the most qualified candidates.
Guidance on standardizing hiring panels and meeting HQ USSOCOM Civilian Selection Advisory Panel requirements.
Training on conducting developmental feedback for non-selected applicants.

Education/Certification:

Must have 5 years’ experience delivering behavior-based interview training to hiring officials or management.
Possess, at minimum, a bachelor’s degree.
Being a certified professional in Human Resources is desired.
