Site Security Manager

Duties:

Oversee daily RAPIDS site operations, ensuring system security and integrity.
Assign and manage user roles (Verifying Official, Super Verifying Official) within RAPIDS terminals.
Maintain and control ID card stock, consumables, and equipment to support personnel identification processes.
Ensure compliance with security protocols by conducting system audits and monitoring local control measures.
Provide guidance and training to personnel involved in ID issuance, ensuring adherence to Air Force Instructions (AFI) and Department of Defense (DoD) regulations.
Submit required reports including Monthly Status Reports (MSR) and Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) to track performance.

Requirements:

Active Secret Security Clearance (mandatory).
3+ years of experience managing secure systems, preferably within a military or government environment.
Strong knowledge of DEERS/RAPIDS and personnel identification systems.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with DoD data management policies.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

Comprehensive understanding of Air Force and DoD personnel regulations.
Ability to manage sensitive equipment and classified data with high attention to detail.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with experience leading teams and training personnel.
