Duties :

• The applicant shall ensure that all security violations/incidents are properly documented and reported.
• The applicant shall provide on-call security guard services up to seven days a week.
•  Security guards shall notify of any unusual occurrences inside or outside the building immediately.
• The applicant shall record incidents/violations in the program and will attend required student hearings.
• The applicant shall be able to stand post at the main gate and log in visitors, staff, students, and Emergency Personnel with time, date, and nature.

Qualification :

• Have a current motor vehicle operator's license issued by the State of New Mexico.
• Be well poised, alert, tactful, diplomatic, and have the ability to exercise good judgment under stress.

Education/ Experience :

• The applicant shall possess a security guard registration Level II guard card/certification (New Mexico certification).
• The applicant must have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in providing security guard services.
• The applicant shall be required to be currently registered by the State of New Mexico as a licensed Private Patrol Operator.
