Food Service Supervisor

Job Summary: Ladgov Corporation is looking to hire a competent on-site Supervisor to supervise the Operations of team of 8 personnel including but not limited to Cooks, Servers and Cleaners. The place of performance is at the Air National Guard in Boise, ID which is located at 3787 W Aeronca St, Boise, ID 83705, United States.

Duties:

• Accomplishes the company objectives by supervising staff and organizing and monitoring work processes at the Air National Guard.
• Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
• Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees.
• Plans, monitors, and appraises job results.
• Conducts training.
• Implements and enforces Military policies, and procedures.
• Maintains safe and healthy work environment at the Air National Guard
• Completes operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work, gathering resources, implementing productivity standards, resolving operations problems, maintaining reference manuals, and implementing new procedures.
• Provides quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Step in to help performing duties as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience of leading a team of more than 4 people.
• High School degree
• Has military knowledge, preferably a veteran.
