Job Title: COOK
Location: Marine Security Guard Residence (MSGR), Rabat, Morocco
Type of Job: Full-time Position 
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 0700-1700 with a one-hour lunch break and one other 30-minute break
Duties: 
The applier should: 
  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for 7 Marines daily, adjusting meal quantities based on attendance.
  • Follow provided menu plans to prepare diverse dishes catering to varied dietary preferences and restrictions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen facilities and equipment.
Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Food Service Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in food service management, preferably in a similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards and regulations.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or French is a plus.
