Location: Moody Air Force Base, GA

Position: Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

Organize and lead weekly rehearsals for the praise team, including vocalists, musicians, and sound technicians.
Direct weekly worship services, arriving 30 minutes early and ensuring readiness for service.
Plan and perform music for special services, such as Easter, Christmas, and other significant religious celebrations.
Coordinate special musical performances, including solos, duets, choirs, and guest musicians.
Maintain and manage worship-related equipment, ensuring proper setup and functionality.
Lead the congregation in a variety of Christian music styles, including traditional, contemporary, praise, and gospel.
Maintain a clean and organized worship area and ensure proper facility use.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in reading music and teaching vocal parts and harmony.
Expertise in leading contemporary Christian music, with familiarity with current artists, and top Christian songs.
A minimum of two years of experience as a worship leader.
Proficiency in playing piano, keyboard, and/or guitar.
A lifestyle consistent with the mission and values of the Air Force Chaplain Corps.
