Duties:

Conduct scheduled patrols at the Denver Decommissioned Site (Clermont Campus), focusing on maintaining a secure perimeter and monitoring doors and access points for signs of tampering or unauthorized entry.
Operate within the observe-and-report protocol, alerting VA Police or local authorities to any suspicious or criminal activities detected on-site.
Perform intrusion alarm monitoring, responding within 20 minutes to any activated alarm and immediately reporting potential criminal activity.
Keep detailed patrol logs, documenting each round and any unusual activity or incidents, including any unsecure doors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent with previous security experience.
Must be 18 years of age or older and meet Colorado state security qualifications.
Observational skills with a focus on attention to detail and timely incident reporting.
