Job Title: Spiritual Guide

Location: Naval Air Station JRB, TX

Duties:

The candidate is required to attend all training by the Bureau of Prisons for contract workers.
The Candidate will work closely with the Life Connections Program Chaplain and other program staff to assist in the program's development and gauge the participants' progress.

Education & Qualifications:

Must be a member in good standing with a recognized faith-based community along with a letter of reference from the Pastor, Imam, Spiritual Leader etc.
Must possess at a minimum, a Bachelor of Arts degree from an accredited college or university with a major in religious studies, education, or related studies.
Work experience in a correctional setting is preferred.
Experience in working with adults in a classroom environment or similar.
programs within a community setting where the emphasis is placed on practical life skills.
