Job Type: Full-Time, On-Site
Job Location: Bureau of Engraving and Printing, Washington, D.C.
Requirements: The candidate shall have:
- U.S. citizenship
- Minimum 4 years of customer service experience in public tour settings
- At least 1 year public speaking experience with groups over 30
- At least 1 year experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Current CPR certification
- Must pass BEP security clearance
Duties: The candidate must:
- Serve as the alternate to the PM in their absence
- Supervise and schedule tour guides and ensure daily assignments are executed
- Conduct guided tours for general public and VIP guests
- Assist with data collection and report submission
- Monitor staff performance and visitor feedback
- Support TS functions and respond to inquiries as needed
- Ensure cleanliness and order within the tour areas
