Project Management:
- Collaborate with project POCs on various fuels reduction projects, including:
- Tanbark Fuelbreak Maintenance
- Chilao Hazard Fuels Reduction
- Charlton Fuels Reduction Project
- Tanbark Admin Site and Fuelbreak Invasive Weed Treatment
- Coordinate with stakeholders for the Tanbark Invasive Weed Treatment Project.
- Obtain and report status checks for all fuels projects.
- Adjust project timelines as necessary and inform headquarters POC.
- Collaborate with project POCs on various fuels reduction projects, including:
Reporting:
- Ensure that quarterly reporting requirements for the Rivers and Mountains Conservancy (RMC) are met.
- Write and submit progress reports (Exhibit P) and expenditure projection reports (Exhibit Q) for each quarter.
- Provide detailed descriptions of tasks completed and achievements during the reporting period.
- Monitor and document expenditures on project equipment (chippers, convection ovens, and water buffalo).
- Maintain an organized folder with all project documentation and reports.
Task Management:
- Collaborate on setting milestones for invasive weed projects.
- Track project performance with respect to cost and completion.
- Translate project accomplishments into percent completion for accurate invoicing.
Requirements:
- Experience in managing projects, preferably related to National Forest System lands.
- Strong ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage timelines.
- Proficiency in project reporting and documentation, with attention to detail.
