Duties :

The applicant shall provide specialized Cardiology Testing services.
The applicant shall perform Cardiac Stress Testing Services, including exercise, accordance with (IAW) the American College of Cardiology guidelines.
The applicant shall evaluate test data/imaging and provide a detailed evaluation report.

Education/ Experience :

The applicant shall be licensed cardiologist in the state of Utah and be either Board Eligible or Board Certified in Cardiology.
