Place of Performance:
Continental United States (CONUS). Training locations must be within 150 miles of an FAA-designated Primary Commercial Service Airport and conducted at an accredited civilian trauma center meeting the requirements of the solicitation.

Period of Performance:
August 31, 2026 – July 31, 2027.

Summary

The Advanced Trauma Training Program Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing a comprehensive medical training program supporting the Headquarters Air Force Reserve Command (HQ AFRC). The Program Manager ensures the successful delivery of nationally accredited trauma and emergency medical courses, coordinates instructor and student activities, manages training schedules and records, and serves as the primary point of contact for program administration while ensuring compliance with all contractual and accreditation requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Emergency Medical Services, Education, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience managing medical education or healthcare training programs.
  • Experience coordinating multi-course training programs involving multiple instructors and large student populations.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare training administration and records management.
  • Excellent organizational, scheduling, and communication skills.
  • Experience preparing reports and maintaining training documentation.
  • Ability to coordinate with military personnel, healthcare facilities, and government representatives.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Ability to obtain installation access and satisfy any Government security requirements.

Duties

  • Manage the overall execution of the Advanced Trauma Training program.
  • Develop and maintain the annual master training calendar.
  • Coordinate course schedules for approximately 2,500 students annually.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the Government COR, instructors, and training facilities.
  • Coordinate student registration, onboarding, and orientation activities.
  • Maintain student attendance, certification, and completion records.
  • Monitor instructor qualifications and maintain current certification documentation.
  • Coordinate classroom facilities, simulation laboratories, medical equipment, and logistical support.
  • Ensure all required course materials are available prior to each training event.
  • Submit monthly training progress reports to the Government.
  • Track program performance, scheduling changes, and training throughput.
  • Coordinate certification issuance following successful course completion.
  • Support quality assurance activities and ensure compliance with applicable accreditation standards.
  • Ensure contract performance complies with all requirements established in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
