Job Title: Admin Clerk

Location: Oak Harbor, WA 98278

 

Duties:

  • Provide travel services to personnel to ensure efficient processing of orders, travel arrangements, and invoice processing.
  • Modify and review applications for consistency, accuracy, and clerical errors, return applications to the traveler for correction and signature.
  • Return requests to service member for correction and signature, and then forward completed requests to the appropriate routing list.

Education and Qualifications:

  • The candidate shall hold and maintain a SECRET Security Clearance.
  • Must be either a U.S. citizen or a U.S. permanent resident with a minimum of 3 years of legal residency in the U.S.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Workweek and Workload:

  • Normal duty hours will be 9:30AM – 4:00PM, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays, with 30 minutes for lunch.
