Duties:
- Oversee all dining facility operations at the 123 Airlift Wing, ensuring efficient food service delivery.
- Supervise and manage food service personnel, ensuring compliance with performance standards, health regulations, and sanitation protocols.
- Ensure all employees possess valid medical certificates and have completed the necessary food safety and sanitation training.
- Maintain a complete and updated employee roster for every drill weekend and ensure compliance with security and background check protocols.
- Monitor food preparation, serving lines, and cleanliness of dining areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Ensure dining facility items, including tableware and food, are consistently available and well-stocked throughout meal services.
- Oversee the sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all equipment and surfaces meet health and safety standards.
- Coordinate special meal services for holidays and emergency situations, adapting to the needs of the mission.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Previous experience in managing food service operations, preferably in a dining facility or military environment.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations, public health standards, and sanitation requirements.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and staff in a fast-paced environment
