Duties:

  • Oversee all dining facility operations at the 123 Airlift Wing, ensuring efficient food service delivery.
  • Supervise and manage food service personnel, ensuring compliance with performance standards, health regulations, and sanitation protocols.
  • Ensure all employees possess valid medical certificates and have completed the necessary food safety and sanitation training.
  • Maintain a complete and updated employee roster for every drill weekend and ensure compliance with security and background check protocols.
  • Monitor food preparation, serving lines, and cleanliness of dining areas to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure dining facility items, including tableware and food, are consistently available and well-stocked throughout meal services.
  • Oversee the sanitation and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas, ensuring all equipment and surfaces meet health and safety standards.
  • Coordinate special meal services for holidays and emergency situations, adapting to the needs of the mission.

Requirements:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Previous experience in managing food service operations, preferably in a dining facility or military environment.
  • Strong understanding of food safety regulations, public health standards, and sanitation requirements.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and staff in a fast-paced environment
