Job Type: Social Worker
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 08:00-16:30
Duties:

Use available resources and client assessments to decide on services and referrals.
Include assessment, referral, case management, psychoeducation, and therapeutic interventions.
Offer individual, family, and group psychotherapy for serious medical and mental health issues.
Make referrals to external agencies, community resources, or government services.
Use methods and techniques to help clients address their problems effectively.
Monitor client progress provides follow-up after referral, and adjusts treatment plans if needed.
Maintain comprehensive case documentation and ensures accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Qualifications:

A minimum of 1 years’ experience providing mental health services is required.
A master’s degree in social Work granted by a graduate program fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
Valid State LCSW License or State equivalent is required for the Mental Health contract positions.
Skill and efficiency in use of Microsoft Office package.
Prior social work experience preferably working in a health-related setting.
