Responsibilities:

  • Menu Creation: Collaborate with clients to design customized menus that suit their preferences, dietary requirements, and event themes.
  • Culinary Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in preparing a wide range of dishes, ensuring exceptional taste and presentation.
  • Food Presentation: Pay meticulous attention to detail when presenting dishes, aiming for visual appeal and appetizing displays.
  • Event Coordination: Work closely with the events team to plan and execute seamless catering services during events.
  • Food Safety Compliance: Maintain strict adherence to food safety and hygiene standards during food handling, storage, and transportation.
  • Customer Relations: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing their inquiries and accommodating special requests.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and supervise catering staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment during events.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with suppliers to ensure the timely delivery of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
  • Budget Management: Prepare cost estimates for events, monitor expenses, and seek cost-effective solutions.
  • Service Excellence: Uphold the highest standards of culinary excellence and customer service to enhance our reputation.

Requirements:

  • Culinary Experience: Proven experience as a Caterer or Chef, with a track record of successful catering events.
  • Menu Innovation: Strong knowledge of various cuisines, cooking techniques, and creativity in designing menus.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent planning and coordination abilities to manage multiple events effectively.
  • Leadership Qualities: Ability to lead and motivate catering teams to deliver exceptional service.
