Job Title: Level IV Respite Care Provider

location : Nationwide Opportunities — Family Residence, CYS Facility, or Other Approved Location

Job Type : Part-Time / As Needed

Responsibilities :

Provide advanced one-on-one respite care for EFMP family members with complex needs.
Perform all Level III provider duties.
Assist with seizure activity support.
Assist with tube feeding activities as authorized.
Assist with tracheotomy suctioning as authorized.
Monitor home medical equipment and report concerns.
Follow the family’s service plan and document services provided.
Maintain confidentiality, safety, and professional conduct.

Qualifications :

Must meet one of the following:

Current Registered Nurse license; OR
Current Licensed Practical Nurse license with at least 1 year of clinical experience; OR
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field, such as Nursing or Special Education, with at least 2 years of documented experience providing complex care to individuals with special needs.

Additional Requirements:

Favorable Tier 1 Background Investigation.
National Sex Offender Registry Check.
State and local child abuse registry checks.
Current CPR certification with hands-on, in-person skills assessment.
Online-only CPR certification is not acceptable.
Ability to safely provide care to individuals with complex medical or special needs.
