Human Resources Trainer
Place of performance: Training sessions shall be delivered virtually.
Hours/schedule: five (5) virtual training sessions for each task between the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Eastern Standard Time (EST)
Qualifications:
- bachelor's degree in HR management or training and development and at least 4 years of relevant experience in this position.
Duties:
The instructor will provide training on a variety of HR topics including:
- Federal Staffing and Placement
- Pay Setting – General Schedule
- Qualifications Analysis
- Processing Federal Personnel Actions
- Adjudicating and Applying Veterans Preference
- Federal Employee Benefits
- CSRS and FERS Retirement and Benefits
- Federal Human Resources Management for Supervisors and Managers
