Schedule:

Part-time, Monday through Friday. Services are generally performed outside Government operating hours of 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Summary:

Ladgov Corporation is seeking a qualified janitorial services provider for the BLM Caliente Field Office and co-located Fire Station in Caliente, Nevada.

Requirements:

Commercial or janitorial cleaning experience.
Ability to provide labor, supervision, equipment, and cleaning supplies.
Use environmentally preferable cleaning products and provide SDS documentation.
Personnel must meet Federal background/security requirements.
Ability to follow required schedules and quality standards.

Duties:

Clean offices, common areas, floors, carpets, and entry areas.
Clean and sanitize restrooms and shower areas.
Empty trash and replace liners.
Clean windows and glass surfaces.
Perform periodic high dusting and cleaning of vents and light fixtures.
