Dining Facility Supervisor

Duties:

• Supervise mess attendants and ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining facility.
• Oversee setup, breakdown, and sanitation of dining areas.
• Replenish dining supplies and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Assist in serving food during peak periods.
• Ensure compliance with sanitation regulations and housekeeping standards.
• Conduct spot checks of lavatories during meal times.
• Manage waste removal in compliance with base regulations.
• Train and mentor new mess attendants.
• Address customer complaints promptly.

Requirements:

• Supervisory experience in food service operations.
• Knowledge of sanitation standards and food safety.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Effective communication skills in English.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
