Job Title: Security Guard Supervisor

Job Type: Part-Time

Duties:

Oversee and manage all security operations at Snyder House, ensuring compliance with VA regulations and Pennsylvania state security requirements.
Supervise and support the security team, conducting regular inspections to ensure team readiness and adherence to duty protocols.
Respond to and manage operational issues, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Develop and enforce key control and security protocols, ensuring proper handling of access-related equipment and documentation.
Organize and conduct training sessions to maintain high standards in security protocols and emergency response procedures.

Requirements:

Valid security supervisor license issued by the State of Pennsylvania.
Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in security services, law enforcement, or military settings.
Proficiency in English with effective communication skills for emergency and operations management.
Ability to perform physical tasks associated with security supervision, including site inspections and response to incidents.
