Duties/Requirements:
The cook shall:
- Be responsible for the development of menus, food storage, and cleanliness of the kitchen and dining areas.
- clean kitchen, all dishes and appliances after each meal and causes minimal disruption to the normal operation of the facility.
- High Quality Food Operations, with minimal disruptions.
- Control Cost of Food Services.
- Provide effective internal controls and management oversight in support of effective organizational processes.
- Demonstrate an innovative approach to food operations.
- High level of customer satisfaction.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing food services operations demonstrating experience in premium level food and service execution.
- Shall have sufficient English language skill to be able to communicate with facility staff.
