Job title: Family Advocacy Program Assistant.
Location: Kaiserslautern ACS, Germany.
Job Type: Full Time.
Schedule: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications:

A bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Marriage, Family and Child Counseling, Nursing, Counseling or Behavioral Science, Education or Community/Public Health from an accredited university.
Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Family and children’s services or community organization, with experience in Family violence.

Duties:

Compile and report monthly training, including data on incoming commanders.
Prepare and process daily FAP correspondence following military regulations.
Manage and maintain attendance rosters for FAP workshops, classes, seminars, and training.
Serve as a point of contact for FAP marketing, including the coordination, development, ordering, delivery, and distribution of marketing materials.
Schedule, confirm, and attend meetings as required.
Assist in facilitating and supporting FAP trainings and classes.
Provide support services to victims of family violence as needed.
