Minimum Requirements
The candidate shall have at minimum:
- Three (3) years of food service management, restaurant management, catering management, or hospitality experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations.
- Ability to respond to operational issues quickly when needed.
The candidate must:
- Serve as the primary management contact for the food service operation.
- Support and oversee food service staff.
- Maintain employee schedules and staffing coverage.
- Conduct periodic quality inspections.
- Assist with menu planning and operational improvements.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation requirements.
- Coordinate staffing replacements when necessary.
- Address employee performance issues and provide guidance.
- Maintain required operational records and reports.
- Communicate regularly with the customer and company management.
