Duties:

Process and verify personnel identification documents and issue Common Access Cards (CACs) for service members, dependents, and retirees.
Review and validate supporting documents for DEERS enrollment and ID card issuance.
Conduct PIN resets, reissuance of locked CACs, and process ID revocation as required by DoD policies.
Assist with leave processing, dependency determinations, and family care plan updates.
Ensure proper documentation and processing of DD Form 1172-2 for DEERS enrollment.
Retrieve and revoke ID cards from individuals who are no longer eligible or have been separated from service.
Assist customers with ID renewals, name changes, and dependent verification.

Requirements:

Active Secret Security Clearance (mandatory).
1+ years of experience in personnel verification or related administrative roles.
Familiarity with DEERS/RAPIDS operations and ID card issuance processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
U.S. Citizenship required.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage sensitive information.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with military personnel and family members.
Basic understanding of Air Force and DoD identification policies.
