Position Overview: The Lean Six Sigma Instructor will deliver specialized training sessions for various Lean Six Sigma certification levels to participants from the Office of Integrated Veteran Care (IVC), Portfolio Management Directorate (PMD). The instructor will ensure participants gain a thorough understanding of Lean Six Sigma principles and are well-prepared for certification.
Job title: Lean Six Sigma Instructor
Schedule: 8:30-4:30pm ET, for a total of 8 hours per day, including 15-minute breaks (morning and afternoon) and 45-minute lunch.
Qualifications:
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching Lean Six Sigma courses.
  • Strong background in Lean Six Sigma principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to deliver engaging and informative webinar sessions.
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver training sessions for White Belt, Yellow Belt, Green Belt, Black Belt, Master Black Belt, Lean Fundamentals, and Root Cause Analysis.
  • Provide expert instruction in Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Ensure participants understand and can apply Lean Six Sigma concepts.
  • Facilitate real-time, interactive webinar sessions.
  • Provide and manage all necessary training materials.
  • Record and make training sessions available for future use.
