Job Title: Orientation Tour Operator 

Work Hours 

• Part-Time 

• Tuesday (weekly) + additional sessions (1st & 3rd Wednesdays during peak seasons) 

• Approx. 0900 – 1500 

• Additional monthly cultural sessions (3 per month) 

Duties 

• Conduct orientation tours and cultural integration sessions 

• Provide classroom instruction and guided tours (Vicenza, Verona, Padova) 

• Develop tour plans including safety and logistics 

• Coordinate scheduling and transportation requirements 

• Maintain attendance records (DA Form 5900) 

• Submit required reports to COR 

Qualifications 

• Minimum 2 years experience in tours or cultural programs (Italy preferred) 

• Fluent in English & Italian (Level 4) 

• Strong communication and organizational skills 

• Ability to manage groups (up to 20 participants)
