Schedule: Monday-Friday  
Duties:
The Cook shall:
  • Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for seven people, adhering to a predetermined menu.
  • Ensure meals for weekends and holidays are prepared in advance for reheating.
  • Clean kitchen and dining areas after meal preparation and service.
  • Collaboratively design a 10-day rotating menu, incorporating dietary standards and preferences.
  • Adjust the menu as needed based on feedback, availability of ingredients, and operational considerations.
  • Maintain strict food hygiene and safety practices, including thorough cleaning and sanitization of cooking and dining areas.
  • Participate in selecting and purchasing food supplies.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least 3 years of experience in food service management with demonstrated expertise in high-quality food preparation and service.
  • Hold a culinary arts certification.
  • Have proficiency in English to communicate and understand job duties effectively.
