Duties:
The Cook shall:

Prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner for seven people, adhering to a predetermined menu.
Ensure meals for weekends and holidays are prepared in advance for reheating.
Clean kitchen and dining areas after meal preparation and service.
Collaboratively design a 10-day rotating menu, incorporating dietary standards and preferences.
Adjust the menu as needed based on feedback, availability of ingredients, and operational considerations.
Maintain strict food hygiene and safety practices, including thorough cleaning and sanitization of cooking and dining areas.
Participate in selecting and purchasing food supplies.

Requirements:

Possess at least 3 years of experience in food service management with demonstrated expertise in high-quality food preparation and service.
Hold a culinary arts certification.
Have proficiency in English to communicate and understand job duties effectively.
