Ladgov Corporation is looking to hire an instructor at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) to teach Introduction to Weaponeering course two (2) times a year and an Advanced Weaponeering course once a year.

Duties:

Provide two (2) Introductory Weaponeering courses, and one (1) Advanced Weaponeering course.
Plan on a maximum number of participants in each course is thirty (30).
Ensure the Introductory to Weaponeering course covers the basic subjects such us:
- Overview of Weaponeering and Weapon Effectiveness
- Introduction to Statistical Methos
- Weapon Trajectory
- Delivery Accuracy
- Introduction to Vulnerability and Effectiveness
- Vulnerability Assessment – Implementation
- Effectiveness Assessment – Implementation
Ensure the Advanced Weaponeering course includes:
- Historical Review of Weapon Effectiveness Methods
- Advanced Trajectory Methods
- Delivery Accuracy
- Accuracy of Air Launched Unguided Weapons
- Accuracy of Surface Launched Unguided Weapons
- Aimpoint Optimization for Multiple Weapon Attacks
- Non-Homogeneous Targets
- Cratering
- Ground Penetration
- Moving Targets
- Air Blast
- Tunnels
- Personal Injury
- Above Ground Buildings and Bunkers
Conduct the training with the option of in-person attendance and have the option to switch the class to virtual training at the government’s request.
