Location: Andersen Air Force Base (AFB), Guam
Position: Part-time

Duties:

Provide musical services for Protestant Worship services at Andersen AFB Chapel.
Lead and rehearse with a band and praise team of volunteers.
Coordinate with the Chaplain/Pastor on music selection.
Provide musical accompaniment during worship services and rehearsals.
Arrive 30 minutes before worship services and 15 minutes before rehearsals to set up and prepare.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all used facilities and equipment.
Ensure all musical equipment is operational and report any issues.

Requirements:

Minimum one year of experience in playing music in a worship service setting.
Minimum three years of experience as a Praise and Worship Leader, leading a band and praise team, and possessing a repertoire of Gospel music.
Proficiency in playing piano or keyboard with sheet music and by ear in the American Gospel style.
Ability to read sheet music and play by ear.
Neat appearance and traditional business casual dress for services.
