Job Summary:
Ladgov Corporation (Africa) is looking to hire a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing, to ensure we build an exceptional team.
- You will work closely with hiring managers throughout BHB and HR to develop and implement recruiting strategies.
- Proactively source, identify and engage top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and organizations, and referrals.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the company's current and future staffing needs.
- Candidate Evaluation and Interviewing:
- Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific technical roles.
- Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews.
- Collaborate with the hiring team to evaluate technical skills and team alignment.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.
Required skills and qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to details.
