Job Summary:

Ladgov Corporation (Africa) is looking to hire a Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • In this role, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and interviewing, to ensure we build an exceptional team.
  • You will work closely with hiring managers throughout BHB and HR to develop and implement recruiting strategies.
  • Proactively source, identify and engage top technical talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks and organizations, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet the company's current and future staffing needs.
  • Candidate Evaluation and Interviewing:
  • Screen and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific technical roles.
  • Coordinate and conduct in-depth interviews.
  • Collaborate with the hiring team to evaluate technical skills and team alignment.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date candidate records.

Required skills and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-sufficiency and an ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to details.
