Duties:
- Provide friendly customer service to customers of the Directorate of Public Works.
- Receive and record repair work requests for facilities managed by the Directorate of Public Works.
- Submit work orders to the Base Operations and Maintenance team twice daily, prioritizing urgent ones.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Directorate of Public Works.
- Coordinate repair requests with the Base Operations and Maintenance team and other teams working for the Directorate of Public Works.
- Monitor the Army Maintenance Application for maintenance requests and updates.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Over 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with work order management systems is a plus.
