Duties:
  • Provide friendly customer service to customers of the Directorate of Public Works.
  • Receive and record repair work requests for facilities managed by the Directorate of Public Works.
  • Submit work orders to the Base Operations and Maintenance team twice daily, prioritizing urgent ones.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports for the Directorate of Public Works.
  • Coordinate repair requests with the Base Operations and Maintenance team and other teams working for the Directorate of Public Works.
  • Monitor the Army Maintenance Application for maintenance requests and updates.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Over 2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with work order management systems is a plus.
