Location: USAG Wiesbaden, Germany

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and publish monthly Catholic Community calendars and weekly bulletins

  • Maintain Catholic Community registration and attendance records

  • Coordinate logistics, facility requests, and publicity for Masses, holy days, and events

  • Support Religious Education programs, including materials preparation and attendance tracking

  • Prepare and manage sacramental records in the AMS portal

  • Assist with quarterly AMS clergy reports and required program reporting

  • Attend required parish and coordination meetings

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience (paid or volunteer) in Catholic education or parish support

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office technology

  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking)

  • Ability to obtain AMS Catechist Certification within 180 days
