Airfield Specialist

Duties:

Assist in daily airfield operations, including conducting inspections and documenting results using established checklists.
Monitor airfield conditions to prevent unsafe situations and report hazards to the Airfield Manager.
Support airfield safety initiatives, including BASH and FOD programs, and provide technical assistance during incidents or emergencies.
Assist in planning and executing airfield improvement projects and maintenance activities.
Maintain operational logs and provide regular updates on airfield conditions to management.

Requirements:

Minimum of 4 years of experience in airfield operations or related aviation activities.
Familiarity with airfield inspection protocols and safety standards.
Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Military experience in airfield operations preferred.

Minimum Knowledge and Skills:

Basic knowledge of airfield safety programs and operational standards.
Ability to document findings accurately and provide actionable recommendations.
Effective communication skills for interacting with tenants and management teams.
