Major Duties and Responsibilities:

Support customers in identifying employment, education, and career goals.
Provide counseling and resources for self-employment, small business, and entrepreneurship.
Offer local market information and conduct skills development workshops.
Conduct job fairs and establish linkages to alternate paid employment networks.
Manage job bank access and referrals.
Conduct workshops on self-marketing skills, including resume writing and interview techniques.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in behavioral or social science or equivalent relevant experience.
Experience in employment assistance and counseling.
Proficiency in providing resources for self-employment, small business, and entrepreneurship.
Ability to offer local market information and conduct skills development workshops.
Knowledge of programs like DOD Military Spouse Preference Program.
